Fees

• Initial visit – $250
• Follow up visit – $150

All initial visits are are about 60 minutes.

Insurance

We are considered “Out-of-Network” with most insurance plans.  However, we can provide you with a superbill, which is a monthly billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.  Please check your insurance company’s policy if you plan to use this method, as requirements vary from company to company.  You may also want to consider using a company called Better to help you get reimbursed by your insurance.  We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

For Cigna/Evernorth clients, a claim will be submitted to your insurance company after services are rendered.  Payment for any portion that the client is responsible for is expected at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the visit.  Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.  Please refer to our Practice Policies document for additional information.
